Are there any alternatives you guys use besides Tribe.com, www.craigslist.org, ebay and www.classifiedbuyers.com? Looking for more good places. I'd prefer FREE like craigs and classifiedbuyers, but any advice will do. Do tell!

Re: Where do you guys buy?
Sat, November 5, 2005 - 2:46 AMI just shop wherever. I enjoy random encounters. I at this point have no interest in buying online. I am not that hardcore. I only have maybe 100 cars or so but I have found some of my most sought after cars at weird drug stores in small towns etc. I wouldnt mind a friend or two to trade with. Sometimes I see really sweet cars that I would like to get for a friend. -

Re: Where do you guys buy?
Fri, February 17, 2006 - 10:53 PMI have co-workers that buy cars all the time. One of the best places they buy from is Wal-mart. Not just random off the street shopping. Sometimes they show up as the boxes are being opened, as the shelves are being stocked. This why they get the first pick of the inventory. They get to meet the sales rep and find out about Hotwheels inside news.
Also try hobby stores that sell trains, remote control cars, D&D and miniatures. They sometimes carry Hotwheels that are rare and untapped.
Happy hunting.

Re: Where do you guys buy?
Sat, January 13, 2007 - 8:35 PMI have well over 200 Hot Wheels and 99.8% are still in the original packs. I buy most of mine at Wal-mart or Wal-Greens, sometimes the Doller Store, or from friends.
